1. Do I need to register an account to order?
Not necessary, you can still make a purchase with/without an account. However, we strongly encourage all customers to register an account with us to provide better services in communicating offers, tracking order statuses and ease in making future purchases.

2. What is the difference between Singpost Normal and Singpost Registered Mail?
We provide shipping via Singpost Normal Mail, which is standard mailing by singpost. An option for upgrading it to Singpost Registered Mail is available at an added cost for your package will be sent to your doorstep. A Registered Mail adds more security to your package and make tracking your package from Singpost website possible.

3. How do I know if my payment is succesful?
You can check the status of your order when you log into your account.

4. How long will I receive my items?
Orders will be sent within 2 days after payment is verified and subject to stock availability. You should receive your orders usually within 3-5 working days subject to Singpost terms and conditions (for Singapore). Do kindly ensure that your payment is prompt to avoid any delay in your order(s).

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipment is by Singpost Air Mail. Shipping charges will automatically be calculated for customers upon checkout.

6. How do i check my Order statuses?
All Order statuses are notified via email and is also made available within your account after logging in.
